You are permitted to open only one Account on the Website.
- Duplicate Accounts: If We verify that You have opened more than one Account (a “Duplicate Account”), whether by using different details, IP addresses, or devices, We reserve the right to close all Duplicate Accounts immediately.
- Consequences: If We decide to leave one Account open, it will be the first Account opened by You. Any bonuses, free bets, and winnings accrued on Duplicate Accounts will be voided and forfeited. We may retain deposits made into Duplicate Accounts to cover administrative costs or losses incurred.
3.4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details (Username, Password, and any 2FA codes).
- Liability: If a third party accesses your Account using your correct login details, We shall consider that You have authorized this access. We are not liable for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your Account.
- Notification: You must notify Customer Service immediately if You suspect your Account security has been compromised.
- Prohibition: You must not sell, transfer, or acquire Accounts from other Players.
4. VERIFICATION (KYC) AND DUE DILIGENCE
4.1. Electronic Verification
Upon registration, We will attempt to verify your identity electronically using third-party databases (e.g., electoral roll, credit reference agencies). This process checks your name, age, and address against public records.
- If electronic verification is successful, your Account may be fully activated immediately.
- If electronic verification fails or is inconclusive, your Account will be restricted (you will not be able to deposit or play) until manual verification is complete.
4.2. Document Verification (KYC)
We may request physical or digital copies of documents to verify your identity (“Know Your Customer” or “KYC”). You may be required to upload:
- Proof of Identity: A valid Passport, Photocard Driving Licence (full or provisional), or National Identity Card. The document must show your full name, date of birth, and a clear photo.
- Proof of Address: A Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric, Internet), Bank Statement, Council Tax Bill, or HMRC letter. The document must be dated within the last 3 months and clearly show your name and registered address.
Review Time: We aim to review uploaded documents within 36 hours. Failure to provide documents when requested will result in Account suspension.
4.3. Source of Funds (SoF) and Affordability
As a licensed operator, We have strict obligations regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Social Responsibility. This means We must verify that the funds You use to gamble are legitimate and affordable for You.
4.3.1. Thresholds
We may request SoF documentation when your deposits or losses reach certain internal thresholds, or if we detect unusual activity. This applies across the entire Entain Group (e.g., spending on Ladbrokes or Coral may contribute to the threshold on partycasino-uk.org).
4.3.2. Required Evidence
If requested, You must provide evidence of your funding source. Acceptable documents include:
- Recent payslips (last 3 months).
- Bank statements showing salary inputs or savings accumulation.
- Proof of inheritance (solicitor’s letter or bank credit).

- Evidence of dividends or director remuneration.
- Tax returns (SA302).
- Proof of winnings from other regulated gambling operators.
4.3.3. Non-Compliance
You will have 28 days from the date of the request to provide satisfactory documentation.
- If documents are not provided, or are deemed insufficient, We will apply strict restrictions to your Account, which may include a deposit limit of £100 per month, removal of bonuses, or complete Account suspension.
- We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals until the source of the funds used to generate the winnings has been verified.
5. DEPOSITS AND FUNDS MANAGEMENT
5.1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer a range of secure payment methods, which may include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, and Bank Transfer.
- Ownership: You must only use payment methods (cards, e-wallets, bank accounts) that are registered in Your own name. Using a payment method belonging to a third party (spouse, parent, friend, employer) is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and voiding of winnings.
5.2. Credit Card Ban (UK & Ireland)
In strict compliance with UK Gambling Commission and Irish regulations:
- UK Customers: You are strictly prohibited from using Credit Cards to fund your Account. This prohibition extends to money service businesses and e-wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay) if the underlying funding source is a credit card.
- Ireland Customers: Similar restrictions apply; credit cards cannot be used for deposits.
- Debit Cards: We accept Debit Cards and Prepaid Cards (provided they are not issued by restricted Money Service Businesses).
5.3. Deposit Limits
- Minimum: The minimum deposit amount is typically £10, but this may vary by method.
- Maximum: We may limit the amount you can deposit based on your verification level.
- Self-Imposed Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in the “Responsible Gambling” section of your Account. We strongly encourage you to use this tool.
5.4. Protection of Customer Funds
We hold all customer funds in a dedicated Trust Account, legally and practically separate from the Company’s corporate funds. This arrangement meets the “High Protection” rating as defined by the UK Gambling Commission.
- This means that in the unlikely event of Our insolvency, Your funds are protected and will not be considered part of the Company’s assets for the purpose of paying creditors.
5.5. Chargebacks and Reversals
You agree not to make any Chargebacks, reversals, or otherwise cancel any deposits into your Account.
- If a Chargeback occurs, You agree to refund and compensate Us for such unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred by Us in the process of collecting your deposit.
- We reserve the right to suspend Your Account and withhold any winnings if a Chargeback is detected.
6. WITHDRAWALS
6.1. General Withdrawal Rules
You may withdraw your Real Money balance (cash) at any time, provided that:
- All payments made into your Account have been confirmed as cleared and have not been charged back or reversed.
- All identity (KYC) and Source of Funds (SoF) checks have been completed to Our satisfaction.
- You are not currently under investigation for a Prohibited Activity or game malfunction.
- The funds are not Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements.
6.2. The “Closed Loop” System
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud, We operate a Closed Loop System. Withdrawals will be processed back to the payment method(s) used for depositing, up to the total amount of “net deposits” made with that method.
Example Scenario:
- You deposited £100 via Visa.
- You deposited £50 via PayPal.
- You win and want to withdraw £300.
- Processing: We will send £100 back to Visa and £50 back to PayPal (closing the loops). The remaining £150 can then be withdrawn to your preferred method (e.g., PayPal or Visa), provided it supports withdrawals.
6.3. Visa Fast Funds
We support Visa Fast Funds for eligible Visa Debit cards issued by major UK banks (e.g., Barclays, HSBC, Natwest, Lloyds).
- If your card is eligible, you will see a stopwatch icon in the cashier.
- Withdrawals via Fast Funds are typically processed and land in your bank account within 4 hours of approval.
6.4. Processing Times
- Internal Review: All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal security review. We aim to process this within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transfer Time (after approval):
- E-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller): Instant to 24 hours.
- Bank Transfer / Cards: 1 to 5 banking days (unless Fast Funds applies).
6.5. Payout Limits
- Minimum: Usually £10. Withdrawals below this amount may require assistance from Customer Service.
- Maximum: See Section 8 for maximum payout caps per game type.
7. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
7.1. General Terms
From time to time, We may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or tournament entries (collectively “Promotions”).
- Participation is optional. You may choose not to accept a Bonus.
- By accepting a Bonus, You agree to the specific Promotional Terms and Conditions attached to that offer, as well as these General Terms.
7.2. Wagering Requirements
Most Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which dictate how much you must bet before the Bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable cash.
- Formula: Unless stated otherwise, the requirement is often a multiplier of the (Deposit + Bonus) amount.
- Example: Deposit £10, Get £10 Bonus. Wagering 35x (Deposit + Bonus). Total wager required = £20 x 35 = £700.
- Restrictions: You cannot withdraw Bonus Funds until wagering is complete. If you withdraw Real Money while a Bonus is active, the Bonus and its winnings may be forfeited.
7.3. Game Weighting (Contributions)
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Unless specified otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard contribution table is:
| Game Category | Contribution % |
| Slots / Games / Scratchcards | 100% |
| Roulette / Video Poker / Table Games | 20% |
| Blackjack | 10% |
| Restricted Games (e.g., Blood Suckers, Craps) | 0% |
Note: A full list of “Restricted Games” that contribute 0% is available in the specific terms of each bonus. Playing these games with Bonus Funds may not advance your wagering progress.
7.4. Maximum Bet Rule
While playing with an active Bonus, You are strictly prohibited from placing a single bet higher than the maximum allowed amount (“Max Bet Rule”).
- Slots: Maximum bet £5 per spin.
- Table Games / Live Casino: Maximum bet £50 per round.
- Consequence: Betting above these limits is considered Irregular Play. We reserve the right to confiscate the Bonus and all winnings generated from it if this rule is breached.
7.5. Free Spins
- Value: Free Spins have a fixed value and are for use on specific games only.
- Winnings: Winnings from Free Spins are typically credited as a Bonus with a 10x Wagering Requirement (unless stated otherwise).
- Expiry: Free Spins usually expire within 3 to 7 days if unused.
7.6. Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards Bonus Abuse. “Irregular Play” includes, but is not limited to:
- Using multiple Accounts to claim a Welcome Bonus more than once.
- Placing “safe bets” (e.g., betting on Red AND Black in Roulette) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
- Moving from a low-weighted game (e.g., Blackjack) to a high-weighted game (e.g., Slots) after a large win, solely to clear wagering requirements.
- Leaving large bets on a table (e.g., in Blackjack) and returning to complete the game after the Bonus wagering has been met.
- Using a VPN to claim bonuses restricted to certain regions.
- Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirements.
If We detect Irregular Play, We reserve the right to:
- Void the Bonus and all winnings.
- Prohibit You from future promotions.
- Close Your Account.
8. GAME RULES AND PAYOUT LIMITS
8.1. Random Number Generator (RNG)
All virtual games (Slots, Table Games, Video Poker) on partycasino-uk.org utilize a sophisticated Random Number Generator (RNG).
- The RNG ensures that every outcome (spin, card dealt, dice roll) is statistically random and unpredictable.
- Our RNG is independently tested and certified by external, accredited testing laboratories (such as iTech Labs or eCOGRA) to ensure fairness and compliance with UKGC technical standards.
8.2. Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed in the “Help”, “Info”, or “Rules” file accessible within each game. This figure represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game pays back to players over a significantly large number of plays (e.g., millions of spins).
8.3. Live Casino
Live Casino games are streamed in real-time with human dealers.
- Dealer Error: In the unlikely event of a dealer error (e.g., mis-scan, drawing an extra card), the Pit Boss or Game Manager will adjudicate the situation. Their decision is final. If the hand cannot be resolved fairly, bets will be voided and returned.
- Player Etiquette: You must behave courteously towards the dealer and other players. Using abusive or offensive language in the chat is strictly prohibited and may result in chat bans or Account suspension.
- Streaming Issues: We are not liable for latency or bandwidth issues on your device. If the video freezes but the game continues on our server, the result recorded on the server is final.
8.4. Maximum Payout Limits
To ensure the financial stability of the platform, We apply Maximum Payout Limits. Regardless of the amount staked, the maximum amount You can win per game round/spin is capped as follows (unless otherwise stated in specific game rules):
- Slots: £250,000.
- Casino & Live Casino Games: £250,000.
- Table Games & Bingo: £250,000.
- Poker: £100,000 (excluding network tournaments with specific prize pools).
- Exception: Progressive Jackpot wins are exempt from these limits and are paid in full (subject to validation checks, which may take up to 30 days).
9. MALFUNCTIONS, ERRORS AND INTERRUPTIONS
9.1. Malfunction Voids All Pays
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software glitch (whether on Our side or the game provider’s side):
- The Gaming Session is Void: All bets placed and winnings accrued during the malfunction are null and void.
- Recovery: We will return your original stake to your Account.
- Repayment: If You have successfully withdrawn winnings derived from a malfunction (e.g., a game paying out 100x more than the paytable indicates due to a bug), You agree that these funds are held in trust for Us and must be repaid immediately upon demand. We reserve the right to deduct such amounts from your Account balance.
9.2. Disconnected Games
If You are disconnected from the Internet during a game:
- Non-Live Games: The game will pause or complete on the server. If the outcome was determined (e.g., the reels were spinning), the result will be processed. You can view the outcome in your “Game History” upon logging back in. If the game required an action (e.g., Blackjack decision), We will attempt to restore the state when You reconnect (within 30 days).
- Live Games: If you disconnect after placing a bet but before a decision is required, the bet stands. If you disconnect when a decision is required (e.g., Hit/Stand), the system may apply a default action (usually “Stand”) or the hand may be folded, depending on the game rules.
9.3. Display Errors
In rare cases, the Website may display incorrect information due to lag or graphical errors (e.g., a balance error, incorrect odds, or a visual graphic showing a win that did not occur according to the game logic). In all disputes, the Server Log is the final authority in determining the outcome of any game.
10. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
10.1. Definition
An Account is classified as “Inactive” if You have not logged in and placed a Real Money bet/wager for a period of 13 consecutive months.
10.2. Administration Fee
- We will send you a reminder email one month before your Account becomes Inactive.
- If the Account remains Inactive, We will charge a monthly Administration Fee of £3.00 (or currency equivalent).
- This fee is deducted solely from your Account balance. We will never charge your registered bank card or bank account for inactivity fees.
- The fee will be charged monthly until the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches £0.00.
10.3. Reactivation and Refunds
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and making a deposit or placing a bet.
- Refund: If you reactivate your Account, You may contact Customer Service to request a refund of the Administration Fees charged during the period of inactivity. We will generally refund these fees as a gesture of goodwill, provided the inactivity was not due to exclusion.
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree strictly NOT to engage in any of the following activities on partycasino-uk.org. Engaging in these acts constitutes a material breach of the Agreement.
11.1. List of Prohibited Acts
- Fraud: Using stolen or cloned payment cards; engaging in chargeback fraud; funding your account with proceeds of crime.
- Collusion: Working together with other players to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., sharing hole cards in Poker, chip dumping, soft playing).
- Cheating: Using software, “bots”, AI tools, or hardware devices to analyze or manipulate gameplay or strategy.
- VPN/Masking: Using a VPN, Proxy, or other tools to disguise your physical location or IP address to bypass geo-restrictions.
- Bonus Abuse: Engaging in strategies specifically to exploit bonus mechanics (as defined in Section 7).

- Site Scraping: Copying, extracting, or monitoring Website content using automated processes.
- Syndicate Betting: Placing bets as part of a group to bypass limits.
11.2. Consequences
If We have reasonable grounds to suspect You have engaged in a Prohibited Activity:
- We will suspend Your Account immediately.
- We will void any unsettled bets and withhold all winnings.
- We may retain your Real Money balance to cover any losses or damages We have incurred.
- We will report You to the relevant authorities (UKGC, Police, Action Fraud) and share your details with online fraud prevention databases and other operators.
- We may close any other accounts You hold with the Entain Group.
12. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
We are dedicated to “Committed to Player Safety”. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling.
12.1. Deposit Limits
You can limit the amount You can deposit within a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period.
- Decreasing a limit is effective immediately.
- Increasing or removing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period, after which You must confirm the request again. This is a mandatory requirement to prevent impulsive decisions.
12.2. Reality Checks and Curfew
- Reality Check: Set a reminder to appear on screen after a set time (e.g., 1 hour) to remind You how long You have been playing and how much You have won/lost.
- Curfew: You can block access to Your Account during certain times of the day (e.g., block play between 11 PM and 7 AM).
12.3. Time-Out (Cool-Off)

12.5. GAMSTOP
For UK residents, We strongly recommend registering with GAMSTOP (www.gamstop.co.uk). This is a free service that allows you to self-exclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.
- If you are registered with GAMSTOP, We will block your access to partycasino-uk.org. It is Your responsibility to ensure your registration details with Us match those with GAMSTOP to ensure the block is effective.
12.6. Protection of Minors
We use verification software to prevent minors from registering. We recommend that parents use filtering software such as NetNanny, Cybersitter, or Gamban to block gambling sites on devices shared with children.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
13.1. Data Controller
LC International Limited is the Data Controller for your personal data. We process your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13.2. Verification and Credit Checks
By accepting these Terms, You explicitly consent to Us sharing your personal information with:
- Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs): To verify your identity and, where applicable, affordability. This leaves a “soft footprint” on your credit file which is visible to you but does not affect your credit rating.
- Fraud Prevention Agencies: To check for criminal activity.
13.3. Data Sharing
We may share your data with other companies within the Entain Group for the purposes of:
